EyeStrainCare program auto-loads at Windows startup and hides to the system tray.

To open main window - double-click EyeStrainCare's system icon or use pop-up menu. Button OK will minimize the program back to the system tray. Button Exit will terminate it.

Mini-breaks

You can setup Period(min) and Durability(sec) of Mini-breaks here. It is also possible to turn on some music (in WAV format) before, during and after Mini-breaks.

Breaks

Durability of Breaks is set in minuts. All other parameters can be setup by analogy with Mini-breaks.

Settings

Load at Windows startup can be turned on/off. You can configure Automatic Application update policy as well.
